The nanocrystalline C-shape iron core is a C-shaped soft magnetic component made from iron-based nanocrystalline alloy ribbons (typical composition: Fe₇₃.₅Cu₁Nb₃Si₁₃.₅B₉) through winding, cutting, low-temperature annealing, and insulation treatment. It requires a magnetic yoke to form a closed magnetic circuit, and is suitable for medium-to-high frequency (50kHz-200kHz) scenarios. As a key component for transformers and inductors, it is especially ideal for equipment that needs post-operation maintenance.

Low loss at medium-to-high frequencies: Iron loss is 18-35W/kg at 100kHz, only 1/5-1/8 that of silicon steel C-shape cores, resulting in low equipment temperature rise.
: Open structure allows coils to be slipped on later; faulty coils can be replaced individually without scrapping the entire assembly.
: Operable at -50℃-150℃, with magnetic performance attenuation <=3% over 10 years. It resists vibration and has excellent insulation (insulation resistance >=100MΩ).
: Replacing magnetic yokes of different types enables adjustment of magnetic resistance and inductance, adapting to various power requirements.
